- We underwrite our own files with 4 major lenders and broker loans with every major lender
- We employ our own title company in-house and can quickly and effectively obtain title work for our clients in 24 hours. Our clients can close in the convenience of their home or the luxuries of our office.
- We work closely with the best appraisers and have built this relationship in a way that we can achieve 24 hour turnaround times for appraisals.
- In most cases we close files in 20 days or less. We control every step of the process and professionally manage each area from title, appraisal, insurance, processing, and underwriting with strict detail and perfection.
Our 2007 Numbers Speak for Themselves:
- 97.5% of the loans that we originated closed within 30 days
- 91% of the loans that we originated received rates equal to or less than 6.875%
- 89% of the loans that we originated had a credit score between 575 and 690
